Carcinoma denotes a form of cancer as far as I know. It would be better to get an expert opinion instead of surfing the net, as carcinoma spreads very fast. If you are in a city like Bangalore I would recommend an opinion and screening at HCG, Bangalore which is world renowned and known for accurate diagonosis and treatment.
