[amdavadis4ever] FROM THE FARM TO YOUR FORK

 


While travelling to Punjab a couple of years ago, Romil Ratra, Director, Bellona Hospitality Ltd, stopped at a dhaba. "The lady who worked at the dhaba took us to the garden where she picked fresh radishes, washed and grated them and made mooli parathas for us. What a difference that made to the flavour!" recalls Ratra. The experience in faraway Punjab would go on to lay the groundwork for Craft Deli Bistro Bar at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla.
