DIY Ginger Tea and Its Health Benefits

Directions

1. Peel the ginger root and wash it thoroughly.

2. Slice the ginger into thin slices.

3. Bring 1½ cups of filtered water to a boil.

4. Add the ginger slices.

5. Put a lid on it and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Strain the water to remove the ginger.

7. Squeeze in a little lemon as per your taste.

8. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw honey.

9. Stir and enjoy your hot ginger tea.
