I do not about the services of SOTC etc....last year we (senior citizens) went to Europe Tour for 18 days through Thomas Cook. We enjoyed v well......................

SOTC is now Kyoni. We went for a tour of Europe with them last year and I should say we had a very pleasant experience. They deliver more than they promise.
