TRIBUTE TO MOHAMMED RAFI SAHEB
Nothing but a colossus is apt to describe our ever remembered singer Mohammed Rafi sahib who left us 36 years back. By your vocalization, you added colour and beauty to Indian film songs. You variegated the protagonists in film by your crescendo and lustre . "Badi Door Se Aye hai..came in film with your gift (Thofa) of refrain and that could easily enough to assimilate the fiet of you. Though the new technologies culminate in its new methods in film industry, we compare and compose in our mind the relevancy of you and the teams of music at times. According to Lathaji," your name has become a household name" and still it is taken for granted. Nowadays, we know the 4G musical lovers who never think of the entity of music. Many voices we hear much music we enjoy, but the countless songs having sung by you are 'Dilki Kali Hei'. Your voice ranges from the period of shoving the device for hearing music like Tape Recorders etc. to twiddling devices like Androids etc. generation's uploading and downloading. Still you become "Oh Duniyake Rakwale" in music in comparison to today's boisterously playing ones. Though it has been 36 years of your demise, the one Bhagavaan is enough to live and love to you like host of daffodils. In fact, your voice is solace to our soul and mind and we wish you could sing a song as an encore given that without thinking looms large over today's furore. At this juncture, we pay homage and have a salaam. ….By an aficionado…
