I think, one of the ways could be sending through Friends, in separate envelopes with Details of Denominayions and Even Numbers on Notes, besides Photo Copies of Passports and PIO Documents and with Full Address and Contact Particulars in USA and the Contact Details and Postal Addressesof Their Close Immediate Relatives

Some of my friends working abroad have some old Rs. 500 and Rs.1000 notes around six or seven thousndas (which they use when they come to india). They do not have any plan to visit India before 31/3/2017 the last date for changing them in RBI. In this case how to exchange them. Can any memeber know the guide lines.
