It is a wishful thinking to believe that bribes, corruption, maneuvering and other malpractices etc. will be uprooted in this country. The practice will continue, people being what they are now. New notes will take the place of old notes in the malpractice. To promote cashless parallel economy and to uproot black money economy, Central and State Governments will have to scrap all forms of taxes, duties, levies, cess, fees etc. etc. Processing of and Issue of Permits, licenses, registration of documents etc.etc. will have to be made transparent by installing close circuit camera-s at vantage positions. Severe and summary punishment of corrupt officials is a must. Corrupt politicians should be debarred from standing for election and from holding 'offices of profit'. Middlemen, brokers, agents etc.etc. should be watched closely. Any number of suggestions can be made. Unless there is a will power to stem the rot from top to bottom, not much can be achieved in this regard.
