[amdavadis4ever] Sensing-Vs._Seeing!

 

Sensing-vs.-Seeing! When you see, you really unsee 99.9963% of the reality. The eyes collect just the VIBGYOR photons, just 00.0037% of the photon spectrum, sends them to the visual cortex in the brain which misleads by always modelling three dimensional shapes by shutting the remaining reality from view. Moreover the seeing or the unseeing in reality, arrests the mind from participating in the flow of the Universe. One gets struck up in the memory, often shutting one from even the continuation of the unseeing. Sensing on the other hand is actually flowing in and as the Universe. The ultimate sensing is rapture. But science wants you to detach yourself from yourself to achieve the unbiased view or not to be carried away by the senses or feelings. As total detachment is not possible, we employ machines or write off ourselves with machines. We neither see nor unsee, but just take dictation. The so called unbiased or scientific outlook is edging us away from observation. We destroy rivers, forests, the entire flora and fauna and call it development. The stupid has become scientific and destruction has become development.   One has to realize that one essentially is a macro person and that one has no existence without the flora and fauna. The flora and fauna are integral parts one's biology, just like the cells in one's body. In fact if one can see everything—atoms, energies etc in their continuous met morphosis, one cannot even find oneself.   Our sages first closed their eyes, went to an isolated spot lush with nature to sense, feel and participate with the reality. They realized that seeing is not sensing. Might be they actually developed the words,phrases,clauses and sentences of the sensed language but how to translate that ultimate language of the spirit to the narrow VIBGYOR based illusions? Subjects and objects merge, the verb is part of the gigantic flow of the Universe, and the tense gets detached from time, the present tense, the past tense and the future tense lose meaning. In fact meaning becomes the rapturous feeling.   Sensing is the tendency to reach that feeling of rapture, which unfortunately is hindered by the tensions and blocks to free feeling created by the VIBGYOR illusions. But sensing needs empathy for the murdered tree, the poisoned river, the destroyed lake and the murdered animals,insects,birds and the poverty stricken human beings (by edging them out from the economy in the name of cost cutting).Empathy means actually feeling the other's pain as one's own pain.
