r known as Nitrogen cookies.Cookies dipped in Lliquid Nitrogen at -200 degrees.They are edible. In fact 70 % of air we breath in has nitrogen.The main factor here is extremely low temperature which gives out the vapour.It is used in big hotels to quickly cool ice creams.
