NASA has termed it as FAKE ...they say that it could from some explosion near-by..

Getting hit by a meteorite has a probability so low that winning a lottery has a far better chance, in comparison.

Unfortunately, in this case the consequence is death. BUT who is responsible? Can this be seen as an act of God? So who should compensate the unfortunate driver?

In case of floods or cyclones that result in death, the state Govt. pays some amount for relief to the affected family.
