Management as Meta-physics

Meta-physics means, beyond physics, spiritualism, as it is popularly called. Before I proceed further, let us recount what already we know. Everything including ourselves is composed of atoms. But an atom is 99.99999999… percent empty space. Even that very significant but very very tiny matter in the atom consists of protons or units of positive electricity and electrons, the units of negative electricity. So the atom is nothing but an electro-magnetic field---a field radiating energy in the form of light or electro-magnetic radiation. The so called matter boils down to energy and the so called solids or liquids are mainly our illusions. Can we call these illusions, manifestations of spirit? The realm of the spirit is the realm of thought, a realm into which Physics or Quantum Physics is getting forced into or staging a comeback into. Spirit is actually breath converted into positive thought. When you are inspired you breathe in. When you lose hope you exhale sadly. When you are determined you keep the breathe in you for some time.

The original meaning of Physics was meditation. Its Greek root word was Physis which means, the nature and character of the essential reality. To feel and understand that ultimate reality, philosophers did the sadhana called physics or meditation.Fritzof Capra in his epoch making work 'The Tao of Physics' has written that in Quantum Physics today, they are actually reinventing Hinduism, Zen Buddhism and the basic Chinese philosophy. The so called science or ledged perception called knowledge appears to be brief passing phenomena. But can this manifestation of the Bhasmasura—in the shape of the all-round pollution and poisoning of land, water and air irreparably,… be contained? Will they allow the only reality---Meta-physics to take over?

If light is electro magnetic radiation, and within the limitations imposed on us as residents on the beautiful—the only beautiful planet, Earth, we use the visible spectrum to see, think and ultimately emotionalize---is it not sensible to blend the subject matter of management with electro magnetism, electro magnetic radiations and the spectrum of our thoughts and emotions.? And what shall be the mission of management? Management simply cannot rely only on the visible spectrum, because the invisible spectrum or the 99 plus per cent reality certainly has a decisive influence but it is invisible. Nature has created us mainly as blind organisms; with a basic inability to even develop words or language to describe the situations in the gigantic invisible spectrum.Wec are really blind but think that we are seeing. Our very seeing is actually thinking.

The meaning of profit must be changed into profit in terms individual enlightenment, profit to the society and most importantly profit to nature by means of our symbiotic living with nature.

NATURE NEVER WAS BASED ON COMPETITION.

IT WAS BASED ON: SYMBIOSIS, SYNTHESIS, AUTOPOESIS, COOPERATION, COORDINATION AND POSITIVE AND PURPOSEFUL COMMUNICATION OR HORMONIZATION.UNFORTUNATELY WE TEACH THE EQULIBRIUM ANALYSIS, WHERE THE COMPETITORS ARE EQUALLY MATCHED, BOTH TRYING RELENTLESSLY TO TROUNCE THE RIVAL.

Thanks to the misinterpretation of Darwin 's dictum—the survival of the fittest—we are seeing the domination of rogues.Kleptocracy means, rule by the thieves, for the thieves and of the thieves in a deadly struggle to dominate among thieves.

Today we are ruled by the soulless, profit hungry inanimate entities, called corporations. All kleptocracies call themselves democracies.

The word 'private', is derived from the Latin word 'privare', which means to deprive or deny others what you have.Today, this globalised privatization has become a gospal.Human rights are deliberately obfuscated and misinterpreted as the right of the mighty corporations. The so called developers have become the butchers of nature, converting forests into say furniture, air into toxic fume and water into deadly liquid.

IT IS TIME THAT MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY BASED ON DEEP ECOLOGY AND NOT ON CORPORATE GREED.

DEAR MBA STUDENTS PLEASE, DON'T TRY TO IMPRESS THE CAMPUS RECRUITERS WHEN THEY VISIT YOUR COLLEGE.ASK THEM WHAT THEIR RECORD IN IMPROVING THE NATURAL ECOLOGY IS.YOU HAVE TO INTERVIEW THEM FIRST.THE VERY IDEA OF SELLING YOURSELF IS INSULTING.YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHETHER YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN A NOBLE MISSION BY JOINING THE ORGANIZATION.MONEY AND GLITTER ARE THE ROYAL PATHS TO DIABETES AND NEUROSIS.
