અજમાવો આ ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપાયો, અને ઝડપથી ઉગાડો ટાલ પર વાળ બદલાતી જીવનશૈલીમાં શરીરની સાથે વાળને લગતી સમસ્યાઓ પણ દિવસેને દિવસે વધતી જઈ રહી છે. વાળનું ખરવું, સમયથી પહેલા વાળ સફેદ થવા અને ટાલ પડવી આ સમસ્યા ઘર-ઘરમાં જોવા મળે છે. અનેક પ્રયત્નો અને દવાઓ પછી પણ ટાલ પર વાળ ઉગતા નથી અને ખરવા અને સફેદ થવાની સમસ્યાઓ અટકતી નથી, કારણકે વાળ ખરવા, સફેદ થવા અને નાની ઉંમરમાં ટાલ પડવા પાછળ માત્ર શારીરિક કારણો જ જવાબદાર નથી પણ માનસિક તકલીફો જેવી કે તણાવની મહત્વની ભુમિકા હોય છે. ત્યારે અજમાવો આ ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપાયો અને મેળવો ટાલની સમસ્યામાંથી છૂટકારો..   – વાળ ખરવાની કે ટાલની સમસ્યાથી પીડાતા હોય તો લસણનો વધારે પ્રયોગ કરો.   – અડદની દાળને ઉકાળીને પીસી લો. અને તેને સુતા સમયે ટાલની જગ્યાએ લેપ કરો.   – લીલી કોથમીરનો લેપ કરવાથી પણ વાળ આવવા લાગે છે   – દાડમનાં પાનને પાણીમાં વાટીને તેનો માથા પર લેપ કરવાથી ટાલિયાપણું દુર થાય છે.   -ડુંગળીના રસમાં મધ મિક્ષ કરીને લગાવવું. તે માટે પા કપ ડુંગળીના રસમાં એક ચમચી મધ મિક્ષ કરવું અને આ મિશ્રણને વાળના મૂળમાં લગાવવું. વાળ ખરવાની સમસ્યા દૂર થઈ જશે. સાથે જ ટાલ પર પણ વાળ ઉગશે.   – એક- એક ચમચી બારીક વાટેલુ મીઠું, કાળા મરી, પાંચ ચમચી નાળિયેરનું તેલ મેળવીને ટાલ પડેલી જગ્યા પર લગાડવાથી વાળ આવે છે.   – વાળ જ્યાંથી ખરી ગયા હોય તે જગ્યાએ ડુંગળીનો રસ લગાવવાથી પણ વાળ આવવા લાગે છે.   – સફેદ ખારો 20 ગ્રામ લઈ છ ગ્રામ કાગજી લીંબુના રસને ખલમાં પીસી લો. આ મિશ્રણને ટાલના ભાગે લગાવી દો. બે કલાક પછી સાબુથી ધોઈ નારિયળનું તેલ લગાવી દો. આ સસ્તો અને સરળ નુસખો ક્યારેય ફેલ નથી થતો.   How Effective Is Castor Oil For Hair Growth?
