Re: [World Malayali Club] EVICTION OF TENANT WHO IS NEITHER PAYING RENT NOR VACATING.

 

As I understand the owner can evict the tenant on 2 reasons on which the court can not refuse.
1, If the property is going to be used by the owner himself.
2, If the owner wants to do a renovation of the house. (Need to have proper  documented plan for that.)
Of course you need to have good dependable lawyer to put forward these points.
