If you issue a cheque and there is no sufficient balance in your account, that cheque bouncing is punishable by law.*
But when you demand your own money and there are no sufficient funds in the bank, then why the same law does not apply to the Bank Manager or RBI or the Finance Minister or the PM._*
Why does the Govt have double standards??? ...*
