1, Our parents and grand fathers accepted the system of dowry. Everybody want their children to be married to family with good financial background. The parents must guide good values for better life of next generation.They push the girl/girl family to get dowry.Some succeed by some good ways by taking loan etc.some kill people to get money. some start taking underhand money -"finally it is the black money" and hand over to grooms parents.

In China- The girls parents are given money for wedding by grooms parents. The boy is happy and girl is also happy. The number of divorces in india is increasing ,China is least.
2. Why give policeman money for Passport verification.? My wife saw people giving money to police in police station and she video recorded it. She kept footage for self only. when her turn came ,she did not pay anything ,though the policeman leaned against the chair as a indication to pay. STOP NOW.
3. Follow Traffic rules and black money will not be generated.

It is not correct that Indians are all negative. Indians living in foreign countries are found contributing in other countries and are holding good positions. In those countries corruption is relatively less. In India, the environment is favourable for corruption. 99% of Indian public is not corrupt. It is because of this one per cent that Indians are getting a bad name.
