Your demarcation of things into languable and non-languagable sounds great at first. But the demarcation does not seem to be sharp enough. Instead we have the world of speculation and the world of science. It is evidence or lack of evidence that separates the two. Thus the words spirit or god are languagable as per your criteria, but remain speculations until evidence is provided.

ET beings are languageable and there is a 99% chance that there is ET life. However ETs remain in the realm of speculation until we find evidence for them.

It is possible that we shall come across evidence at sometime in the future. But there is little or no chance of finding evidence for things like spirit or god for the simple reason that there is no clear-cut definition for these words. What is spiritual to once may be sacrilegious to another. What is god to one may be devil to another. Thus for Zoroastrians Asuras are the good gods whereas Devaas are the wicket ones whereas for the Hindus it is vice-versa.

Language is a tool for communication and for reaching consensus. Consensus is possible only if there is evidence. How is consensus possible reg the languagle entity god when everyone has his own individual notion of god with no evidence whatsoever to prove which is the right god from among the millions of gods who have been worshiped from the beginning of time. You can speculate about god or spirit. But you cannot reach a consensus on many things such as god, spirit, culture etc which have no clear-cut definitions or irrefutable evidence. Nobody is imprisoning god or spirit since it is not possible to imprison something which is only in the realm of speculation.

We are all living in the VIBGYOR prison, a very narrow and extremely suffocating prison, just 00.0037 percent of the spectrum. We actually developed languages based totally within the conceptualization of this dungeon. The remaining Universe is a gigantic vacuum, unlangauageable, so not amenable to conceptualization and understanding. The biggest problem is, how to language the hidden universe, when we do not have access and when we are limited by our own languages. We need words for conceptualization; words need identities, interactions to build phrases, sentences, feelings, emotions...
When you put the question, where is God, you are actually asking, how to put God in the VIBGYOR prison, to scientifically experiment upon? We call that effort, the scientific investigation, research etc, to reduce God to size and manageable to understand, experiment upon, manipulate, engineer etc.
We have two choices 1)The Spiritual Choice, in which you concentrate,meditate,do yoga...,first get glimpses of the spectacles in the invisible spectrum, then language up the spectacles, convert that language into words,phrases,clauses, sentences...,that gigantic language either has a place for the VIBGYOR imprisoned language or simply abandon it altogether, or 2) The Scientific,mathematical,mechanical,technological choice.
When we adopt the first method the spiritual method, we need to preserve the natural gifts of our body, to observe better, to concentrate better, to enjoy better, to rapture better...,not a single faculty can be blunted or surrendered to the machines. After all machines gradually make our organs redundant, under the use it or lose it principle of nature.
Under the technological path, we employ machines after accepting that without the machines, we just cannot understand anything relating to the invisible spectrum. The problem here is that machines gradually make our bodies redundant and we may actually lose them gradually limb by limb. As it is by following the technological path, we are in a big stalemate---the day today Newtonian Physics does not hold good at the particle and atomic level and also at the macro level of Planets, stars, galaxies etc.Strangely the Physics of the Microcosm or Quantum Physics and the Physics of the Macrocosm or the Relativity Physics do not agree with each other. Attempts are on to bring about the ultimate grand reconciliation or develop the TOE, in which lakhs of Physicists are engaged now.
Many scientists are actually following the spiritual path, while being engulfed in technological experiments, in which they are including thought experiments also.
But the question is, are we to imprison God in our Techno Theorems, or get subsumed in the enchanting Universe and just become the one ultimate time dimension? Our going into the time dimension is inevitable, unless we master technology so much that we begin enjoying the time dilation, delaying our Subsumation.
